PRE-REGISTRATION RULES
DELEGATES
Payment of the registration fee entitles the delegate to attend all scientific and poster sessions, the Opening Ceremony, the Welcome Cocktail Party, the Industrial Exhibits, lunches and coffee breaks and to receive a congress kit that includes the Abstract Book and a Certificate of Attendance.
Children under the age of 12 cannot be registered as accompanying guests. They are permitted to attend social events if accompanied by a regularly registered adult, but only one child per registered adult can be admitted to each activity. Children under 12 years will not be permitted in the Exhibit/Session/Poster Halls at any time.
PAYMENT
Pre-registration forms received without payment or proof of payment will not be processed.In order to receive the benefit of pre-registration fees, all forms and payments must be received by the stated deadline of September 15, 2004. Credit card charges will be in $US.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Until November 13, 2004, 75% of the amount paid will be reimbursed. No refunds will be given after this date.
