FORMAT AND STRUCTURE

ABSTRACTS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED ONLINE ONLY VIA www.mebfds.org

 Abstracts must be submitted in English
 The abstract must not exceed 2750 characters (including spaces)
 No institution name should be mentioned in the manuscript title or in the body of the abstract
 Abstracts should not include tables and/or figures
 The mailing address portion of the submission form must be completed fully for correspondence purposes

Please note that at least one author should be registered to be able to present his/her work.

ORIGINAL ABSTRACTS
Submitted abstracts should describe unpublished work that is not already in press, and that is not awaiting possible acceptance by any other society that publishes its proceedings.

CONFIRMATION
Receipt of abstracts will be acknowledged by e-mail to the corresponding author.


REVIEW PROCESS
The submitted abstracts will be examined by the Scientific Committee.

ACCEPTANCE
The scientific committee reserves the right to designate the abstracts as either an oral or poster presentation. The corresponding author will receive notification of acceptance/rejection by e-mail by   May 15, 2006. Specific information about the date, time, session, and room for presentation will be provided after the program has been finalized.

PUBLICATION
Abstracts will be compiled in an abstract book that will be available to all participants. All accepted abstracts will be published in the supplement of the official journal of the Turkish Transplantation Society, "DIALYSIS, TRANSPLANTATION AND BURN."
